What is the price range of your wedding gowns?

Our curated collection begins at $1,500, with the majority of our gowns thoughtfully priced between $1,800 and $2,500. We also carry select couture designs priced up to $5,000.

We are a purchase-only bridal boutique and do not offer gown rentals.

When should I start shopping? Is it possible to shop too far in advance?

We recommend beginning your bridal shopping journey about 12–15 months before your wedding date. This gives you plenty of time to explore different styles, find your perfect gown, and allow for production and alterations.

Because our collections and styles are always evolving, we do not schedule appointments more than 16 months in advance. Waiting until you're closer to your wedding date ensures you'll have access to our most current and beautiful selection.

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

Bridal appointments are required. Finding a wedding dress is a personal and exciting experience, and we want every bride to have the time, space, and personalized attention she deserves.

Unlike traditional retail shopping, bridal appointments involve one-on-one guidance, trying on multiple gowns, and access to fitting rooms and sample inventory. Each appointment is carefully scheduled so your stylist can focus entirely on you.

Because our boutique has limited space and dedicated consultants for each bride, we're unable to accommodate walk-ins without disrupting other appointments.

Our full schedule is available online, making it easy to choose a time that works best for you. Booking an appointment ensures a relaxed, organized, and personalized experience.

Do you have more than one bridal appointment at a time?

Yes! Saturdays are our busiest days, and we often welcome multiple brides during the same time slot.

Each bride has her own private fitting area and receives personalized attention from a dedicated stylist, so you can still enjoy a special and focused experience.

If you prefer a quieter, more intimate environment, we recommend booking a weekday appointment, when the boutique tends to be more peaceful and relaxed.

How quickly can I get my dress?

If a gown or item is not currently in stock, full production with our designers typically takes 18–22 weeks.

We also keep select gowns and accessories in stock, and some items can be delivered in as little as two weeks.

How many guests can I bring to my appointment?

Our fitting areas comfortably seat four guests in addition to the bride. Our online booking system allows you to select up to four guests.

We've found that bringing too many guests and opinions can sometimes become overwhelming during such an important decision.

On most weekdays, we may be able to accommodate an additional guest with advance notice. If you have a larger group or special needs, please text us at 801-572-2519. We're happy to explore options and may be able to arrange a more personalized private appointment.

Please note: No infants, children under the age of 12, or animals.

What should I wear to my bridal appointment?

You'll be in a fitting room with one of our bridal stylists, who will assist you in and out of each gown.

We recommend wearing skin-toned or white undergarments, as some sample gowns are sheer and colorful undergarments can be distracting.

Most of our wedding gowns have built-in bodice structure and support, so a bra is often not necessary. However, whether or not you choose to wear one is completely up to you.

We also recommend not wearing shoes, as they can damage the gowns and make it more difficult to change in and out of the dresses.

Please do not spray tan before your appointment, as spray tan can transfer onto our gowns.

How long is a bridal appointment?

Our bridal appointments are 90 minutes long.

Your consultant will be with you throughout your appointment to help you select gowns, assist you in and out of each dress, keep track of your favorites, and answer questions along the way.

Because we often have other brides scheduled after you, especially during our busy season, arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or cancelled.

We recommend arriving a few minutes early so you can settle in and make the most of your appointment.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We will do everything we can to help you feel confident in your purchase. However, once an order is placed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of the bridal and formal gown industry.

All sales are final.

Do you buy wedding dresses or offer consignment?

Unfortunately, we do not purchase pre-owned wedding dresses or offer consignment services.

Do you rent wedding dresses?

No. We are a purchase-only bridal boutique and do not offer wedding dress rentals.

What is a sample sale?

A sample gown is a wedding dress that has been used in our boutique for brides to try on.

Sample sale gowns are sold as is and are discounted to account for any alterations, repairs, cleaning, or other care that may be needed. They are typically available in limited sizes, and inventory varies.

Sample sales can be a wonderful option for brides looking for a beautiful gown at a reduced price, especially those with a shorter timeline.
