    • What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

    We will do everything we can to help you feel as confident as possible in your purchase. We can help you determine the best size for you and send additional photos and videos of details or color where available upon request. Once an order is placed we are unable to do any returns or exchanges due to the nature of the bridal and formal gown industry, all sales are final.

    • Where are you located?

    We have a brick and mortar store located in Draper Utah at 178 W 13490 S Draper, Utah.

    • Do you carry any Prom, Bridesmaid or Mother of the Bride dresses?

    We just carry bridal gowns. 

    • Do you buy dresses or do any consignment?

    Unfortunately we do not purchase dresses or do any consignment. We recommend a site called preownedweddingdresses.com 

    • Do you rent dresses?

    Unfortunately we do not do wedding dress rentals. Our shop starts at about $1200 and tops out at about $6000. Most gowns are priced between $1500-$2000.

    • How quickly can I get a dress if I order through your website?

    Full Production for our designers is around 18-22 weeks if a gown or item is not in stock. However, both the designers as well as our shop does keep some stock in some of the dresses and accessories. For quicker production (or gowns available for a rush delivery) you can browse through our "Quick Delivery" tab as well as "In Stock" items and gowns. If it is in stock, it can be delivered as quickly as 2 weeks. 

    • What is a Sample Sale?
    A sample gown is a gown used for try-on in store. This means they have been tried on and in some cases need minor repair or cleaning. All sample sale dresses are sold as is. They are discounted to compensate for any alteration, repair, and cleaning that is necessary. All sample sale dresses have been looked over by management as well as a seamstress to ensure they can be tailored and brought back to their original integrity. Sample gowns are typically only available in limited sizes. Please be sure to check the designer's size chart on each gown page to ensure the size you order will work for your measurements as these designers do run differently. For specific fit or condition questions please call or text. Once an order is placed we are unable to do any returns or exchanges due to the nature of the bridal and formal gown industry, all sales are final.
    • Do I need an appointment to come in and try dresses on?

    We are currently by appointment only. You can call or book your 90 minute bridal appointment on our "Book Appointment" page or call or text us at 801-572-2519. A $25 appointment deposit will be charged to hold the slot. This is not refundable. The $25 deposit will go towards a gown purchase, or anything in the store including accessories and veils.
